When students in Esdes' MSc Circular Economy and Sustainable Innovation choose to become tomorrow's innovators

Students in Esdes' MSc Circular Economy and Sustainable Innovation program had the opportunity to become tomorrow's innovators by combining entrepreneurship with ecological and social transition during the first part of our Startup Stimulation Day.

Sarah Clifft (Director of Msc programs), Rosalie Douyon (Entrepreneurship) and Nathalie Bertin Boussu (Director of Ecological and Social Transition) joined forces to promote the development of the circular and sustainable economy at Esdes.

On Thursday, April 25, students in the MSc in Circular Economy and Sustainable Innovation had the opportunity to express their creativity through a start-up simulation. The aim was to imagine the creation of a company offering innovative solutions in the field of the circular economy and sustainable innovation.

This entrepreneurial experience was an opportunity for everyone to put into practice what they had learned about entrepreneurship, project management, strategy and communication. At the end of this day of creativity, the students will present their projects to a jury of experts in entrepreneurship, the circular economy and Esdes alumni, on Thursday May 30. The best projects will be rewarded and will be able to join the UCLy/Esdes incubator.

These two days will provide a rich opportunity for learning and entrepreneurial development, focused on the circular and sustainable economy.
