ESDES Business School is raising awareness among its students on handicap and integration

30 final year students of the Master’s degree are being awarded today with the second level of the LADAPT Certification Label. This certification recognizes the awareness of students, future managers to the issues of integrating disabled people in the workplace.

The awarded students all have completed a mission in a company to understand, on the field, the checks and balances regarding integration.

In Feburary, those 30 students also have organized an awareness day for the 300 third year students of the Bachelor’s program which have allowed those students to obtain the first level of the ADAPT Certification Label.

Understanding handicap, be confronted with it, helps to remove the  fears linked to the unkown. Students learn how to act and react and adopt some good habits for their upcoming life as responsible managers.

This certification  gives us a real sensitivity on handicap and allow us to better comprehend the challenges of integration ; I think that the LADAPT Certification Label is a real asset for our entry into the job market, proving our integration and responsible management skills.
