BIOGRAPHY
Sylvain Kadohognon OUATTARA is a faculty member at ESDES Lyon Business School, and holds a PhD in economics (specializing in industrial economics) from the University of Caen Basse Normandie. His research mainly focuses on the competitive practices of rival companies with differentiated capital structures (public and private companies, privatization process) and the challenges they present in terms of horizontal mergers and managerial delegation. He is also interested in issues relating to market regulation and universal service obligations. His work has been published in several international and French journals ( Economics Bulletin, political economy journal, economic journal industrial, Theoretical Economics Letters).
