ESDES Business School
On Thursday, October 2, 2025, the new students of the Esdes MSc program took part in a unique integration workshop designed to foster group cohesion while raising awareness of sustainability and social responsibility issues.
At the heart of this workshop, students worked together to create their Sustainability Charter.
The goal: to encourage them from the very start to reflect on the social and environmental impact of their actions and to develop a mindset of responsible leadership.
This initiative fits perfectly with the philosophy of the Esdes MSc program, which combines academic excellence, an international outlook, and professional immersion. Students develop both advanced technical expertise and essential managerial skills, while being encouraged to innovate and think strategically.
A big thank you to Stéphane Racloz, who led the session with great energy and kindness. His role was key in guiding students through their reflections, encouraging them to think creatively and to express their ideas in a collaborative environment.
Congratulations also to the students for their enthusiasm, commitment, and creativity. This workshop not only strengthened the bonds within the cohort but also demonstrated that educational innovation can be a powerful driver for shaping responsible leaders who are aware of their impact.
In conclusion, this first edition of the Sustainability Charter Workshop marks the beginning of a rewarding journey for the students—one where learning, collaboration, and responsibility are closely intertwined, preparing tomorrow’s leaders to meet social, economic, and environmental challenges.
