It is a pathway to engaging in responsible management - a key requirement expected by multiple stakeholders. However, addressing social and environmental issues through genuine changes generally requires significant commitment, resource investment and modification of practices. This process often encounters numerous conflicts, forces and paradoxes that hinder companies from being truly responsible.<\/p><p>As such, Esdes faculty members address<strong> <em>CSR in action<\/em> to <\/strong>inspire various stakeholders (including academic community, students, managers and society) through our transformative and impactful research.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Figures<\/h3><div class=\"wp-block-icon-num js-fade-scroll\">\n  <div class=\"row align-middle collapse\">\n    <div class=\"column small-12 medium-shrink wp-block-icon-num-left\">\n              <p>65<\/p>\n          <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"column small-12 medium-expand\">\n      <p class=\"wp-block-icon-num-title\">Faculty members<\/p>\n      <div class=\"wp-block-icon-num-intro\"><p>Our faculty members are dedicated to research that is transformative and impactful. It serves as a conduit for professors to engage with external stakeholders, especially companies and students. Esdes\u2019 expertise enhances its impact in the ecosystem.
