      BIOGRAPHY<\/h2>

      Sadek OUHADOUCH is a faculty member at ESDES. He obtained his PhD from Clermont Auvergne University (UCA). During his thesis, he worked in several audit firms specializing in family firms, non-family firms and medical establishments. His research themes are oriented towards the study of the family company and the quality of financial information. He is particularly interested in results management. His research extends to the themes of governance and auditing. <\/p>
