      BIOGRAPHY<\/h2>

      In\u00e8s DHAOUADI is a faculty member at Esdes Business School. Holder of a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole and ISG de Tunis, she was a Visiting Scholar at Cass Business School (University of London). She has published articles in the fields of HRM, CSR and Critical Management Studies in peer-reviewed journals (Human Resources Management Review, Finance Control Strategy Review, Responsible Organization Review and Management & Review Social Sciences). She has also presented papers at international refereed congresses (Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting, EGOS Conference ...). This recent work is part of the \"political CSR\" research stream and aims to understand the power dynamics linked to the politicization of multinational companies. <\/p>
