    BIOGRAPHY<\/h2>

    Huiyi GAO, holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Lyon 3, and is a Faculty member at Esdes Business School. Her fields of research concern Strategic Management and International Management. She works more particularly on the strategic practices of French companies in China and on the development strategies of Chinese companies in Europe. The main objective of her work is to seek a connection between Western and Eastern strategic thinking in order to identify the characteristics of the new generation of Chinese business leaders on the world stage. She also works on the themes of the management of intercultural teams, by analyzing their internal and external organizational context, at the national and international level. She is also a specialist in the application of qualitative research methods, through the enhancement of semi-structured interviews and content analysis in culturally and linguistically mixed research fields. <\/p>
