      BIOGRAPHY<\/h2>

      Anne-Sophie Thelisson has been a Faculty member at ESDES Lyon Business School since September 2018. She obtained her PhD in strategy from Aix-Marseille University, focusing on the integration of mergers and acquisitions transactions. Her work mainly focuses on inter-organizational strategies (mergers and acquisitions, alliances, strategic partnerships) and mobilizes the theory of paradoxes. She has been published in journals such as European Business Review, Management Decision<\/em> and Revue Fran\u00e7aise de Gestion.<\/em><\/p>
