She obtained her PhD in strategy from Aix-Marseille University, focusing on the integration of mergers and acquisitions transactions. Her work mainly focuses on inter-organizational strategies (mergers and acquisitions, alliances, strategic partnerships) and mobilizes the theory of paradoxes.
