Holder of a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Grenoble Alpes in 2017, Antonio Bayeh has been a Faculty member in Finance at ESDES since September 1, 2018. Likewise, he is an associate researcher at the “Centre d'Études” laboratory and Research Applied to Management of the University of Grenoble Alpes, and a member of several research networks at the international level. Before joining ESDES, Antonio was a temporary teacher at the Lebanese University and ATER at the University of Grenoble Alpes. He had carried out a research stay at Concordia University (John Molson School of Business) in Canada. He was also a visiting scholar at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, and Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. The importance of his research lies in its recommendations in terms of prudential regulation and banking economics. Antonio stresses the need to consider the significant effects of banking competition and credit securitization on risk, efficiency and capital structure. These themes are the subject of a series of articles presented in ten international conferences and for publication in well-ranked journals.
