"The key to better exploring world markets"

Objectives of MIBA

In today's volatile and challenging business environment, ESDES's Master of International Business Administration program prepares its graduates to be future international business leaders.

The MIBA program entirely taught in English is a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical experiences provided by academics and professionals.

It helps students to acquire capacities to evaluate the complexity of the international business arena by providing them analytical tools for key decision-making processes.
Students will also develop their communication, leadership and teamwork skills.

Interactive learning methods are used in the program such as business simulation, conferences on international business issues or storytelling by corporate leaders about their successful export or internationalization projects.

Program structure

The MIBA program is divided into three semesters:

The first two semesters will concern core study areas covering international business functions, and strategies as they are outlined below.

The third semester is dedicated to the dissertation which has to be entirely written in English. Students can choose their own dissertation topic. Professors may also suggest topics which are in their domain of expertise. Faculty members will supervise dissertations that lie within their field of expertise.

All MIBA students have to take all of the compulsory core courses plus two elective courses each semester.

The elective courses bring a high value-added format to the core courses by helping students to put into perspective the business skills and knowledge gained in the program.

MIBA academic staff

Qualified and experienced academic staff of ESDES School of Management, along with professors from North American and European universities and also business people will bring their experience and knowledge to this Master.
