Master program description

The Master in Management is a 2 year-long program which mixes theorical knowledge and practical experiences provided by academics and professionals. It aims to give students the capability of evaluating the complexity of the international business arena by providing them with analytical tools for decision-making processes. Students will also develop their communication, leadership and teamwork skills. Interactive learning methods are used in the program such a business simulation, conferences on international business issues or storytelling by corporate leaders.

CORE COURSES

Organized in seminars, core courses aim to provide students with a global and strategic approach of all issues of management. Students acquire the ability to adapt their decision-making process to any complex environment, perpetually changing, within diverse cultures and interdisciplinary.

MASTERCLASS

Each semester, students can choose 2 masterclasses. Masterclasses are taught by School researchers on subjects close to their research themes. These expert classes help students to acquire a very specific knowledge, usefull in their field of specialization. These are also the occasion to blend research and pedagogy and to embed students in research works. Masterclasses are also a good experience of research, helpful when writing the master Thesis.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT 

Workshops and coaching to optimize students understanding of work standards, personal branding and digital tools for employment.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Each students will undergo either a 6 months internship or a consultancy project to experiment professional situation
Internship: 6 months to develop student professional experiences, in France or abroad. ESDES provides over 4 000 internship placements each year dedicated to its students. 
Consultancy project: a company commissions a group of students on a real business mission

MASTER THESIS

The master thesis is the final work that cap your program. This must demonstrate a capacity of reflection, method and professionalism and confirm, in writing, all the skills you have acquired.
